Our mission is to address the priorities of our customers and clients to identify and develop the essential skills needed in life, work and learning opportunities, by providing a consultancy and training service to individuals and groups in both public and private sector organisations, which includes community settings, through understanding and respecting the needs of all.

JP Training Limited – A Company Profile
JP Training Limited is an organisation based in Leigh, Lancashire. JP Training work in partnership with both private and public sector organisations to support their training provision.
The organisation believes in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) of all the team who support the service provided. This ensures the specialist skills needed allow the organisation to keep pace with innovation and technology.
JP Training is a progressive organisation and having established itself in the sector, it is recognised for its reputation of quality service, rapid response and flexibility.
JP Training has its registered office in Leigh, Lancashire but operates from a base in Cheetham Hill, Manchester delivering two European Social Fund (ESF) and Learning and Skills Council (LSC) co-financed projects on behalf of Community Support Plus Limited (CSP).
In addition to this JP Training also operates from the premises of a number of clients to support their training provision.
Examples of projects are:
- Community Support Plus Limited (CS Plus) providing a Project Management and tutoring service to two Skills for Life projects that are funded through co-financing from European Social Fund (ESF) and the Learning and Skills Council (LSC), CaR and Retail Therapy.
- Skills City Limited providing a tutoring service to their Learndirect learners requiring specialised support in addition to level 4 Literacy and Numeracy specialism.
- Manchester PCT providing a literacy skill assessment service at the point of recruitment
- Manchester Asian Care (MAC) providing a training service to support the carers training with legislation
- The Greater Manchester Probation Service provided Basic Skills workshops to enable offenders to improve their skills and raise their employability, therefore lowering the risk of re-offending. Some of this work was sub-contracted to JP Training through Northern Education & Resettlement Information Services (NEARIS)
- Training 2000 Limited, a large training organisation based in East Lancashire. JP Training provides the delivery of the Key Skills element of the training programmes.
- Work Solutions formerly Employment & Regeneration Partnership (ERP), following the transfer of the Probation Service Basic Skills provision to independent providers, we provided Basic Skills workshops to offenders across Greater Manchester.
Assets
The organisation has access to a team of suitably qualified
and
experienced tutors/trainers who hold recognised teaching qualifications
in
addition to Adult Basic Skills specialism, in Literacy, Numeracy and
ESOL at Level 4; they also have the capacity to support trainers
wishing to develop learners' financial literacy skills. thorugh their
Train the Trainers programme. JP Training also has the capacity to
support Adult Dyslexia.
Health and Safety
JP Training is able to provide a range of Health and Safety course using appropriately qualified and trained tutors and trainers.

JP Training can provide you with training solutions for your Workforce Development Programmes and help you achieve the best out of your employees.
JP Training also has the capacity to support Apprenticeship programmes at both Level 2 and Level 3 with both embedded and stand-alone Key Skills at the appropriate level.
